There is an unfortunate prayer involving the Writ Petition even after the Petitioner has sufficient scope to raise all such contentions in the election dispute pending already. At this stage of the matter, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition to urge all such grounds as well as prayer involving the election dispute pending presently.

The Writ Petition thus stands dismissed as withdrawn but however with the liberty as prayed for.
