The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction for early disposal of C.P. No.77 of 2021 pending before learned Judge, Family Court, Khurda.

On perusal of the order sheet annexed to the writ petition as Annexure-2, it reveals that the civil proceeding is not ready for hearing as the application under Order VI Rule 17 C.P.C. is pending consideration.

In view of the above, no direction for early disposal of C.P. No.77 of 2021 can be issued at this stage. 5.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
