This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are accused in connection with P.R. vide 1J of 2022-23 corresponding to 2 (b) C.C. Case No.03 of 2022, on the files of learned J.M.F.C, Narasinghpur, , under Sections 51 of the Wild Life Protection Act and is in custody since 23.06.2022. 4.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned J.M.F.C. Narasinghpur, by order dated 25.06.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the co-accused have been granted
Antecepatory Bail by this Court by order dated 22.07.2022 in ABLAPL No.7823 of 2022 and ABLAPL No.7841 of 2022, this Court directs the petitioners to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter 6.
Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
