This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the Petitioners at the time of call. The Petitioners by way of this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seek to quash the order passed on 19.05.2015 by learned S.D.J.M., Angul in G.R. Case No. 1656 of 2014.

In view of the above facts, when none appears today to move the CRLMC, which is pending since the year 2016, this Court considers that the Petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, this CRLMC is dismissed.
