This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for the Vigilance Department. 3.

This is an application under Section 438, Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner for anticipatory bail, involving offence punishable under Sections 7 of the P.C. Act.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. and this being a Trap Case, there is no possibility of arrest of the present Petitioner. 5.

Since there is no apprehension of any arrest, the present ABLAPL is not maintainable and accordingly the same is disposed of.
