2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:

"To direct the Opposite Parties for grant of notional promotion from process server to Amin with all consequential benefits i.e. revision of pension, other retirement benefits w.e.f.

11.01.2019 within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Honble Court. And/or direct the representation dt.0.03.2020 and reminder dt.

06.10.2021 under Annexure-6 Series be considered for granting notional promotion benefits to the petitioner."

Taking into account the submissions made, the Petitioner is permitted to make fresh representation before Opp. party No.2 in that regard within a period of three weeks from today. 5.

It is observed that if such representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No.2 in accordance with law within a

// 2 // period of three months from the date of receipt of the representation.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
