This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the authorities under the Keonjhar Central Cooperative Bank, Keonjhar to take a decision on his representations under Annexure-4 series.

Mr. Samal, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that although the Petitioner joined in service on 21st July, 1988, but the authorities on the plea that the Cadre Rules came into force in the year 2003, are not taking into consideration the period of service rendered by the Petitioner from 1988 till 2003 for grant of his retiral benefit.

In course of hearing, Mr. Samal, learned counsel submits that interest of justice will be best served if the Petitioner files a properly constituted dispute case before the Registrar, Cooperative Societies under Section 67 of the Odisha
// 2 // Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 and prays for withdrawal of the writ petition.

In view of such submission, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
