This writ petition has been filed with an allegation that the Order No.

application of the Petitioner U/s.22 of the OLR Act, 1960 under Annexure-3 is refused to be accepted.

Considering the allegation made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court directs, in the event the Petitioner represents the application under Annexure-3 along with a copy of this order before the competent authority within a period of seven days hence, the same shall be entertained and decided in accordance with law. 3.
