3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer:- "Direct the opp. parties to fix the grade pay of the petitioner amounting Rs.4600/- as per Clause 10 of the Govt. Resolution dated 6.2.2013 under Annexure-1 from the date of completion of 30 years of service as deemed just and proper."

The Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.2 seeking redressal of his grievances as made in the representation under Annexure-5 to the Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of
