The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard Mr. B.K. Ragada, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. P. Bharadwaj, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 3.

The Petitioner seeks extension of his period of interim bail on the ground of illness of his mother.

Upon hearing both parties the period of interim bail is extended till 10th April, 2023.

It is made clear that the Petitioner shall surrender himself on or before 10th April, 2023, failing which learned court below shall take all appropriate steps including issuance of NBW of Arrest to apprehend the Petitioner.

The I.A. is disposed of.
