Heard learned counsel for the parties.

It is stated at the Bar that, the petitioner has been misused the conditions as he granted in interim bail and did not surrender on expiry of the interim bail period. Hence, the BLAPL stands dismissed.

The Superintendent of Police, Nayagarh is directed to take effective steps for apprehend the accused and report with this Court.

The BLAPL is dismissed accordingly.

The Registry is called upon to communicate this order to the learned Court below and to the concerned Superintendent of Police.
