Heard Mr.P.K.Nanda, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.Nayak, learned Addl. Government Advocate for the State. 2.

According to Mr.Nanda, learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is aggrieved by non-payment of compensation though Plot No.1112 covering an area Ac.0.17 decimal and Plot No.1082 covering an area of Ac.1.10 decimal under Khata No.31 of Mouza:Nuagada belonging to him have been acquired by the State Authorities for industrial purpose.

Though highlighting all his grievances, the petitioner has submitted a representation to the authorities for getting compensation during July, 2017, however, during course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to file a fresh representation/grievance petition before the opp. party No.1- Special Land Acquisition Officer (MIT), Jagatsinghpur, giving all the details of the land which have been acquired by the State Authorities and further prays that a direction

may be given to the said opp. party No.1 to take a decision on such representation within a stipulated time period. 4.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to file a comprehensive representation before the opp. party No.1-Special Land Acquisition Officer (MIT), Jagatsinghpur, within a period of two weeks along with a copy of this order by Registered Post. In the event, such a representation is received by the above noted officer, he/she is directed to take a decision on such representation in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such decision to the petitioner. 5.

With the above observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
