This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the ABLAPL No.8407 of 2022 was disposed of by order dated 28.07.2022 granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner but in 9th line of the paragraph-4 of the said order, it has been inadvertently written "verification of criminal antecedent". In fact, the petitioner has "more than two criminal antecedents of similar nature". Hence, modification has been prayed for.

Accordingly, it is directed that in 9th line of paragraph-4 of the order dated 28.07.2022 the words "more than two criminal antecedents of similar nature" be inserted after the word "verification", rest part of the order remaining the same. It is further

// 2 // directed that the petitioner can avail the benefit of the said order on surrendering before the court below on or before 9th of September, 2022.

The I.A is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
