Considering the allegation made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that there is a threatening of demolition/eviction of the Petitioner from the disputed property in question without following due process of law, this Court disposes of this Writ Petition directing that there shall be no demolition/eviction of the Petitioner without following due process of law provided the Petitioner has not faced any such proceeding as of now.
