This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction for targeting the OSS Case No.3051 of 2016.

Considering the submission made by Mr. Sarangi, learned counsel for the Petitioners, this Court directs, in the event the Petitioners file an application showing urgency in the matter of expeditious disposal of the OSS Case No.3051 of 2016 before the Competent Authority within a period of two weeks hence, the same shall be entertained and disposed of keeping in view the urgency shown by the Petitioners and also taking a decision immediately thereafter.
