This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/ physical) mode.

The Petitioner having been implicated in connection with Paradeep Lock P.S. Case No.25 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.592 of 2020 on the file of learned J.M.F.C.(P), Kujanga running for the alleged commission of offence under section 147/148/341/294/323/325/379/506/149 of the IPC, has filed this application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. for their grant of anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the materials on record as also other surrounding circumstances; I am not inclined to entertain this application. 4.

The ABLAPL is accordingly dismissed.

Interim order passed on 04.09.2020 does no more survive.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
