Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Petitioners allege that the order passed in the year 1989 is yet to be worked out by the competent authority. This Court through the order-sheet vide Annexure-6 finds, the Petitioners alleges that since there is no further challenge to such order, the direction therein should have been worked out within reasonable time. 3.

Considering the considerable loss of time in the meantime, declining to keep such proceeding pending here, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition observes in the event, there is no legal impediment by way interim order or in reversing of the order at Annexure-6 by higher forum, the direction in Annexure-6 shall be worked out at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioners.
