This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to withdraw the Bail Application with liberty to move this Court afresh, after examination of the wife and son of the deceased. 4.

It is stated that the petitioners is in custody since 23.10.2020, the learned Court in seisin over the matter shall do well to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of eight months from the date of receipt/production of the certified copy of this order.

It shall be open for the petitioners to renew his prayer, in the event, the trial is not concluded within the period fixed and delay is not attributable to the petitioners. 6.

Accordingly, the bail application is disposed of as withdrawn with such liberty.
