There is technical dismissal of W.P.(C) No. 32341 of 2020. Considering the settled position of law involving the dispute required to be disposed of on contest, this Court finds a ground to allow the CMAPL No.274 of 2022. As a consequence this Court allows the CMAPL No.274 of 2022 thereby restoring W.P.(C) No. 32341 of 2020 with restoration of the interim order, if any. (Biswanath Rath) Judge Swarna
