1. By the impugned judgment dated 11th December, 2014 the learned Single Judge has awarded compensation of Rs.3,50,000/- (Rupees Three Lakh Fifty Thousand) to the family of a child, who died by falling into a manhole which was in the premises of the AppellantsNALCO.

2. Having heard learned counsel for the Appellanst and having examined the impugned order of the learned Single Judge, the Court is not persuaded that the impugned judgment calls for any interference. The appeal is accordingly dismissed.

3. The amount deposited in this Court be released to the Respondent upon proper identification and the information in that regard be sent to learned counsel who was appearing for the Respondent before the

learned Single Judge. The amount together with interest thereon be released to the Respondent forthwith.
