1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Order No.

present writ petition with liberty to file an appeal in accordance with law against the impugned assessment order dated 30th March, 2022. In the event of any delay, the period during which the present writ petition was pending will be taken into account by the appellate authority.

2. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
