This application has been filed by the petitioner-wife under Section 24 of C.P.C. read with Section 151 of CPC for transfer of MAT Case No.11 of 2020 filed by the opp. party-husband under Section-13 (1) (i & i-b) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 in the Court of learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Khalikote, to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Khurda at Banpur camp Court.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the TRP (C) with liberty to file a better application.

4. Granting such liberty, the TRP (C) is disposed of.
