This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

3. The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) To direct the Opp.Parties to regularize the service of the petitioner as State Project Coordinator. (ii) To direct the Opposite Parties to grant all financial and consequential benefits from the date of regularization of his service.

(iii) To direct the Opp.Parties to allow the petitioner to discharge his duties as State Project Coordinator". 4.

Taking into account the nature of claim made in the writ petition, the Petitioner is permitted to approach the Opposite Party No.1 within a period of fifteen days. It is observed that if any such application is made within the aforesaid time period, the said authority shall take a

// 2 // decision on the same on its own merit relying on the order passed by this Court under Annexure-3. The said Opposite Parties shall take a decision within a period of one month from the date of receipt of such representation. Till a decision is taken, status quo as on today shall be maintained by the Parties.
