Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition involves an innocuous prayer for a direction to the Opposite Party No.3, the Tahasildar, Jatni to take steps for correction of the Record of Rights following the direction of the Competent Authority in Revenue Misc. Case No.50 of 2022 vide Annexure-3.

Considering the innocuous prayer involved herein, this Court disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.3 to complete the process of correction of the Record of Rights within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner, but however taking into account the development through Revenue Misc. Case No.50 of 2022.
