1. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that he will make a fresh representation to the Chief District Medical Officer, Cuttack in accordance with law. If such representation is made not later than 6th February, 2023, it shall be considered and an appropriate order shall be passed thereon by the Chief District Medical Officer, Cuttack after hearing the Petitioner within a period of four weeks thereafter and the said order shall be communicated to the Petitioner forthwith.

2. No further directions are called for. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
