Taking into account that the petitioners are not the resident of this State and considering the flight risk, the order passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Nayagarh, on consideration of the materials on record appears to be just and proper. As such it does not warrant any interference.

Accordingly, the CRLMA stands rejected.
