This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioners in this CMP seek to assail the order dated 3rd December, 2021 (Annexure-4) passed by learned Senior Civil Judge, Angul in C.S. No. 52 of 2010, whereby an application filed by the Petitioners under Order VII Rule 11(b) C.P.C. has been dismissed.

In course of hearing, Mr. Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that in the meantime, the Plaintiffs-Opposite Parties have already amended the plaint and properly valued the suit. In that view of the matter, he does not want to press the CMP.

In view of such submission, the CMP is dismissed as not pressed.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
