Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the CRLMC with liberty to move the learned court below seeking bail. 4.

If such an application is filed within a period of two weeks hence, the same shall be considered on its own merit, taking into account the tenor of the statement of the victim under Section 164 Cr.P.C. 5.

For a period of three weeks no coercive action shall be taken against the present petitioner in connection with C.T. Case No. 380 of 2015(T) arising out of Puruna Katak P.S. Case No. 36 of 2015 on the file learned S.D.J.M., Boudh.

Accordingly, the CRLMC stands disposed of.
