01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. On the oral prayer made by Mr. Das, he is permitted to implead the Commandant General, Home Guards, Odisha as O.P. No. 5 in Court today.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ Petition with liberty to approach O.P. No. 5 against the order of discharge passed by the SP, Home Guards, Sambalpur under Annexure-3.

4. It is observed that if any such application is filed within a period of two (2) weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed of on merit without insisting on the delay in filing the appeal.
