The prayer for modification has been made on the ground that it may not be practically possible for the petitioner to appear personally before the trial court on each date of posting of the case in view of her present health condition.

Considering the submissions as above, the prayer for modification is allowed.

It is directed that instead of appearing personally before the trial court on each date of posting of the case, the petitioner may seek exemption from such appearance on valid and justified grounds, whenever necessary.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
