Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are permitted to surrender before the Court in seisin over the matter and pray for bail which would be considered on its own merits. While considering such application for bail, learned Court shall take into consideration the role played by the petitioners and that some of the co-accused have been released on bail as stated at the Bar.
4.
If such an application is filed within a period of three weeks hence, the same shall be considered on the terms indicated
above. For a period of three weeks, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioners.

The CRLMC stands disposed of.
