This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the original case may kindly be disposed of in a time bound manner and accordingly the Court in seisin of the case may kindly be instructed to take of the case on priority basis to dispose of the same within a time frame. 3.

Learned counsel for the O.P. also echoing the submission of the Petitioner submits that the original case may kindly be disposed of. 4.

In view of the aforesaid limited prayer advanced by both the the parties, this Court without adverting to the materials on merits in this case disposes of the CRLMC application requesting the Court in seisin of the case to dispose of the case in a time bound manner within a period of three months from the date of receipt/communication/production of the copy of this order.
