2. This application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 407 of Cr.P.C. for transfer of Cr.P. No. 97 of 2019 along with Cr.M.P. No. 16 of 2019 (arising out of Cr.P. No. 97 of 2019) from the Court of the learned Judge, Family Court, Rayagada to the Court of the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar.

None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called, but a memo has been filed by Mr. Kirtan Badhei, learned counsel for the petitioner today stating that the petitioner wanted to withdraw the matter. The memo is taken on record.
