This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

On the basis of oral prayer, learned counsel for the Petitioners is allowed to make necessary corrections in the cause-title of the bail application in court today, so far as the name of the Court and father's name of Petitioner No.3 is concerned. 3.
Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Four weeks' further time from today is extended for Petitioners to surrender before the learned court below, vide order dated 30.08.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.8436 of 2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) by the Petitioners in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of the Orissa High Court within 15 days and furnish the money receipt thereof in proof of the said deposit.

It is made clear that, if the cost is not deposited within the time stipulated, the time extended for the petitioners to surrender shall stand revoked automatically.
