Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

At the midst of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition with liberty for the Petitioners to participate in the U.C.Case initiated on the basis of direction, vide Annexure-6.

The Writ Petition stands permitted to be withdrawn but however with the liberty as prayed for. It will be open to the Petitioners to raise all such contentions raised herein in the U.C. Proceeding and since there is undertaking of a remand proceeding, this Court expects, the Competent Authority shall do well in passing a lawful order.
