This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Order dated 25th April, 2019 (Annexure-2) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Dhenkanal in CP No.45 of 2018 is under challenged in this writ petition.

Ms. Nanda, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that since the civil proceeding out of which the writ petition arises has already been disposed of in the meantime, the writ petition has become infructuous. Hence, she prays for withdrawal of the writ petition and to this effect she files a memo in Court, which is taken on record.

Learned counsel for Opposite Party Nos. 3 to 5 has no objection to the above.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.

Interim order dated 5th August, 2019 passed in IA No.824 of 2019 stands vacated.
