The Writ Petition appears to be involving a direction for eviction, vide Annexure-9. From Annexure-9, it appears, the Petitioner has already been issued with notice on 7.6.2022. Time stipulation for vacating the shop premises is already expired. This Court disposes of the Writ Petition observing in the event the Petitioner has not been dispossessed as of now from the disputed area, it will be open to the Petitioner to submit her objection involving such eviction direction at least within seven days hence. In such event, the Tahasildar shall do well in considering the objection of the Petitioner and passing appropriate order in the matter of eviction.
