Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

This is repeated attempt in filing the Writ Petition on the selfsame issue. Drawing attention of this Court through Annexure10 at Page-34 of the Brief, learned counsel for the Petitioner alleges, in spite of a complain involving removal of illegal encroachment against O.Ps.5 & 6, there is no appropriate action by the Tahasildar, Jatni. Through Annexure-10 again it is demonstrated that the Office of the Tahasildar has received complain on 28.6.2022. 3.

This Court finds, for pendency of the dispute before the Tahasildar, this Writ Petition becomes premature. However, in disposal of the Writ Petition, this Court directs the Tahasildar, Jatni to look into the grievance of the Petitioner and if necessary, initiate proceeding under the provision of the OPLE Act involving O.Ps.5 & 6 and conclude such proceeding at least within a period of four months from the date of communication of this order.
