The matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

Heard Mr.Das, learned counsel for the Appellant. 3.

It is submitted that the Appellant has deposited an amount of Rs.24,06,738/- earlier before the Tribunal pursuant to the direction of this Court dated 30th July 2021. 4.

Accordingly, it is directed to refund said amount to the Appellant-Insurer along with accrued interest thereon on proper application presented before the Tribunal.
