ORDER (Oral) 05.01.2022 06.
1. This matter is taken up by hybrid mode.
2. This common order shall dispose of the aforesaid four writ petitions as they involve similar facts and identical issues.
3. The aforesaid four writ petitions have been filed, primarily challenging the permission, granted by the Excise Authorities, to shift the location of IMFL "OFF"
// 3 // Shop/country spirit shop from the original notified locations to another locations.
4. At the time of resumed hearing today, Mr. P. K. Rath, counsel for the Petitioner in all the four writ petitions, prays for unconditional withdrawal of the writ petition.
5. Accordingly, the four writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
6. Needless to say that all the interim orders stand vacated.
7. Photocopy of this order be placed on the connected writ petitions.
