Heard Mr. D. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. H.M. Dhal, learned Additional Government Advocate. 2.

Since, on instruction, Mr. H.M. Dhal, learned Additional Government Advocate submits that in the meantime, Delang P. S. Case No. 250 of 2022 has been registered against the accused under Sections-302/201, I.P.C. in connection with the complaint of the petitioner. Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to proceed further in the matter.

Considering the submissions made, this CRLMP is disposed of as not pressed.
