Mr. Sahu, learned advocate appears on behalf of the bank and hands up print of instruction mail dated 2nd August, 2022 saying that the bank will arrange, within 15 days, for return of original documents. Perused the mail. It appears, the bank has said that when the matter has been settled and account closed, there should be intimation to Court regarding date and time, when petitioner should be present in the bank to receive the documents. 2.
Mr. Mansingh, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client will attend concerned branch of the bank on 10th August, 2022 at 11:00am. and present himself before the Branch Manager for return of his original documents. Petitioner will visit accordingly. The bank will obtain acknowledgement of receipt on handing over the documents. 3.
The writ petition is disposed of.
