Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2.

This writ petition involves the following prayer: "The petitioner most respectfully prays that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit/allow this writ petition and after hearing the parties issue a writ or direction to the O.P. to consider the representation under Annexure 3 forthwith. And/or pass any such other order(s)/direction(s)/writ(s) as are deemed just and proper;

And for this act of kindness, the Petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray."

Through Annexure-3 it appears, petitioner has already made similar request to the Executive Officer, Notified Area Council, Baliguda-opposite party, which also appears to have been received by the Office of Executive Officer, Baliguda Notified Area Council on 27.05.2022. Considering this to be a pending case before the Executive Officer and finding the writ petition is premature at this stage, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the Executive Officer, Baliguda Notified Area Council to consider the request of the petitioner vide Annexure-3 by completing the entire exercise within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioner. The result thereof shall also be communicated to the petitioner within aforesaid time.
