Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. Order No.

This writ petition involves the following prayer: "Under the above circumstances, the petitioners therefore pray that Your lordships would graciously be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus directing the opp. partite to dispose of the mutations Cases No.2765 and 2766 of 2020 pending before them as per the decree and direction of the Civil Court and issue R.O.Rs to the petitioners as per their possession reflected in the R.O.R.;

And further be pleased to issue any other writ/writs, direction as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper under the above circumstances; And for this act of kindness, the petitioners, as in duty bound shall ever pray."

This Court considers the submission of learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that Mutation Case Nos.2765 and 2766 of 2020 have been filed on a development in Civil Court decree involving T.S. No.256 of 1989 and C.S. 520 of 2016 vide Annexures-2 and 4 respectively. This Court in disposal of the writ petition directs the Tahasildar, Sadar, Cuttack-opposite party no.1 for taking a lawful decision in the disposal of the Mutation Case Nos.2765 and 2766 of 2020 by completing the entire exercise within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioners but however involving the party likely to be affected.
