This application has been filed for modification of order dated 28.07.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.8445 of 2022.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to carry out the correction in the cause title and in the body of the petition in Court. 4.

Accordingly, the name of Court i.e., "S.D.J.M.(S), Cuttack" appearing in paragraph-4 of the order dated 28.07.2022 be replaced by the "J.M.F.C.(R), Cuttack" and case number i.e., "G.R.Case No.00 of 0222: be replaced by "G.R.Case No.324 of 2022".The rest part of the order shall remain intact.

The date of surrender as stipulated in the order dated 28.07.,2022 is extended by three weeks as last chance. 6.

I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
