2. The petitioner, a borrower in the form of Cash Credit loan from the opposite party-Bank has challenged the order dated 27.02.2018 passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Cuttack in O.A. No.116/2015, dismissing the M.A. No.962/2017 filed by the petitioner.

3. When the matter is taken up, Mr. Sahoo, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition.
