Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. Order No.

Considering the rival contentions of the parties, this Court finds from Annexure-1, the Commissioner, Consolidation, Board of Revenue, Cuttack in disposal of the proceeding under section 37(1) under the O.P.L.E. Act, 1972 gave the following direction:

"3.0. Gone through Hal ROR No.85,LR Parcha and PCS Parcha, and RSD No.4809 dated 09.11.1984.

On verification of the above documents on record, it is evident that the predecessor of the petitioners had purchased the suit land from the Hal recorded tenant through above RSD. Hence, the petitioners are entitled to be recorded for the suit land.

` 4.0. Resultantly, the Revision Petition is admitted and allowed. The learned Tahasildar, Pattamundai is directed to implement the order as per my above observation within two months from the date of pronouncement of the order.

Send the copy of the judgment to the Tahasildar, Pattamundai within two weeks from the date of order."

This Court observes for the clear direction involved therein by the Commissioner, Consolidation, Board of Revenue needs to be worked out by the Tahasildar, Pattamundai if not worked out as of now, the direction of the Commissioner should be worked out at least within a period of three weeks failing which the Tahasildar shall invite the contempt proceeding. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the direction made hereinabove.
