Heard Mr. A.C. Behera, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. D. Nayak, learned Additional Government Advocate.

According to Mr. Behera, the grievance of the petitioner is that the ancestral property of the petitioner has been forcefully occupied by the State Government without paying any compensation whatsoever to the recorded tenants or his descendants, which includes the present petitioner. 3.
During course of hearing, Mr. Behera, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this application as she wants to approach appropriate authority for redressal of her grievances.

Considering the submissions made, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
