This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Perused the Letter No.2044 dated 11th of July 2022, which has been addressed to the Registrar(Judicial) of this Court and on perusal of the said letter, it appears that Radhakanta Nayak accused in G.R. Case No.83 of 2020 had violated the condition of bail as he had not appeared before the Police Station as directed by this Court on a couple of occasions.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to health issue, the petitioner could not appear before the Police Station as because he had gone for medical check up on the said dates. In support of such contention, he has submitted evidence before this Court.

Considering the prayer and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, this Court deems it fit to waive such none-appearance and

// 2 // the petitioner is further directed to appear before the Police Station sincerely as directed by this Court in earlier order. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
