CORAM:
JUSTICE BISWANATH RATH
ORDER
28.07.2022 1.
1.
Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. Order No.
2.
It is alleged that even after allowing of Revenue Misc. Case No.49 of 2022 by the Tahasildar, Jatni in the month of February, 2022 at Annexure-3 at page 36 onwards of the brief, there has been no working out the direction therein. For the opinion of this Court, once a direction is already there involving a Revenue Misc. Case, the direction should be worked out. There appears there has been inaction of the concerned authority involving direction finds place at page 38-39 of the brief ought to be worked out. This Court finds the order was passed on 16.3.2022 pursuant to the direction of this Court in disposal of W.P.(C).No. 36102 of 2021. There has been unnecessary litigation to this Court for inaction of the competent authority even long after passing of such orders.
3.
While deprecating the inaction of the competent authority thereby unnecessarily burdening this Court in unnecessary litigation, this Court directs the competent authority to work out the direction of the Tahasildar, Jatni at page-38 & 39 of the brief, at least within a period of fifteen days from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioner. 4.
The writ petition stands disposed of with the observation and direction made hereinabove.
